This document describes the current public platform terms and privacy notice.
These terms govern merchant use of the SaaS platform.
Service boundary
The service includes store setup, catalog, inventory, storefront, cart, COD/manual checkout, order processing, design, and custom domains when available on the plan. Some capabilities, including online payments and automated shipping, may not be available for activation in the current release.
Accounts and acceptable use
Account information must be accurate and credentials must remain confidential. Access may be suspended to protect users, merchant data, or the service from abuse.
Charges and third-party operations
The free plan requires no payment. Paid platform subscription collection is not active yet, and online payment or automated shipping activation depends on feature and provider availability.
Limitations and merchant responsibility
Merchants remain responsible for their products, pricing, content, customer promises, refund and delivery policies, legal compliance, and continued control of connected domains and third-party services.

Use the approved support contact for account, privacy, export, correction, or deletion requests.
