SAAS Feed: help and support

Share product information with sales channels using generic formats. The app does not modify products or automatically connect Google or Meta accounts.

Install SAAS Feed from the marketplace after reviewing permissions.
Open the app and create a product feed. Choose a name, XML or CSV format, language and currency.
Select all products or one category. Open the preview, then copy the link into a sales channel that accepts that format.
Requesting the link regenerates the file once the six-hour cache expires. Use Validation to review missing product information.
Pause a feed to stop sharing temporarily. Uninstall the app from Installed apps to revoke all access immediately.

Troubleshooting

If the file is empty, check for active, in-stock products in the selected category. If the link stops working, check the feed and app status. The link is public: share it only with services you want to receive your product information.
